「もじる」(以下「本アプリ」)のプライバシーポリシーです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重して設計されています。
本アプリは、利用者に関するいかなる個人情報も収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・識別子・利用状況・位置情報などを取得することはありません。
本アプリは、利用者の操作内容・作成した作品・取り込んだ写真や動画を、外部のサーバーへ送信しません。すべての処理は利用者の端末内でのみ行われます。本アプリは分析ツールや広告ネットワークを一切使用しません。
本アプリは、以下の目的に限って端末の機能を利用します。取得した情報が保存・送信されることはありません。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、文字の背景に使う写真・動画を利用者が選ぶため、および作成した動画をカメラロールに保存するためだけに使用します。選択・保存した素材は端末内でのみ処理されます。本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・モーションセンサーを使用しません。
利用者が背景として取り込んだ写真・動画・音声は、編集と録画のために端末内で一時的に扱われるのみで、本アプリの提供者がこれらを取得・保管することはありません。取り込む素材の権利については、利用者ご自身の責任でご確認ください。
本アプリはデータを収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリのアップデートまたは本ページにて告知します。

本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、「もじる」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、文字を変形させて楽しみ、背景に写真・動画を用いて録画するための玩具アプリです。利用者は、本規約および配信ストア(Apple App Store / Google Play)の利用規約に従って本アプリを利用するものとします。
利用者が背景として取り込む写真・動画・音声、および本アプリで作成・書き出した録画物の権利については、利用者ご自身の責任で確認・管理するものとします。第三者の著作権・肖像権・その他の権利を侵害する素材を取り込み、または録画物を公開したことにより生じた紛争・損害について、本アプリの提供者は一切の責任を負いません。本アプリはコンテンツを外部に送信・保存しないため、利用者が作成する内容の監視は行いません。合法的な範囲でご利用ください。
利用者は、法令または公序良俗に反する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。また、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布を行ってはなりません(適用法で認められる範囲を除く)。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、無停止・無誤作動であることを保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、適用法で認められる最大限の範囲で、提供者は責任を負いません。端末の空き容量不足、OS の仕様変更、その他の環境要因により、録画・書き出し等が正常に完了しない場合があります。重要な素材は事前にバックアップしてください。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、一部機能(録画の透かし解除)はアプリ内課金(買い切り)としてご提供します。価格・課金形態は各ストアの表示に従います。購入・返金に関する手続きは Apple / Google の定めに従います。
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。

This is the privacy policy for "Mojiru" (the "App"). The App is designed to respect your privacy to the greatest extent possible.
1. Information we collect. The App collects no personal information whatsoever. No account is required. We do not collect your name, email, identifiers, usage data, or location.
2. No external transmission. The App does not send your actions, your creations, or any photos or videos you import to any external server. All processing happens entirely on your device. The App uses no analytics or advertising networks.
3. Device permissions. The App uses device features only for the following purposes, and never stores or transmits the resulting data. Photo Library access is used solely so you can pick a photo or video to place behind the letters, and to save the videos you create to your camera roll; selected and saved media is processed only on your device. The App does not use the camera, microphone, location, or motion sensor.
4. Imported media. Photos, videos, or audio you import as a background are handled temporarily on your device for editing and recording only; the developer never obtains or stores them. You are responsible for confirming the rights to any media you import.
5. Children's privacy. Because the App collects no data, it is safe to use at any age.
6. Changes. This policy may be updated as needed; significant changes will be announced in an app update or on this page.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of "Mojiru" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use. The App is a toy for deforming letters and recording them over a photo or video background. You agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the distribution store (Apple App Store / Google Play).
2. Rights and responsibility for imported media. You are solely responsible for confirming and managing the rights to any photos, videos, or audio you import, and to any recordings you create and export. The developer bears no responsibility for disputes or damages arising from media you import or recordings you publish that infringe the copyright, likeness, or other rights of third parties. Because the App transmits and stores nothing externally, it does not monitor your content; please use it only for lawful purposes.
3. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the App for any purpose that violates law or public order, and you may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is." The developer does not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose or that it will operate without interruption or error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App. Recording or export may fail due to insufficient storage, OS changes, or other environmental factors; please back up important media in advance.
5. Pricing. The App is free to download; certain features (removing the recording watermark) are offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Pricing follows each store listing. Purchases and refunds are handled per Apple's / Google's policies.
6. Changes. The developer may amend these Terms as needed; amended Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this page.
7. Governing law. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan.
